Refund & Cancellation Policy
MECA CFO Academy is committed to delivering high-quality, premium executive education programs. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs, events, and payment plans.
By enrolling in any MECA CFO Academy offering, the participant agrees to the terms outlined
below.
1. Refund Eligibility by Program Duration
a) 12-Month Programs (Including the Strategic CFO Program)
- A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is submitted within 30 calendar days.
- For 12-month programs, the refund period begins from the date the first live session is conducted, not from the enrollment or payment date.
- Requests received after the 30-day refund period are not eligible for any refund, whether the program is paid in full or via a payment plan.
b) Programs of 3 to 6 Months Duration
- A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is submitted within 15 calendar days from the program start date.
- After the 15-day period, no refunds will be issued.
c) Programs of 4 Weeks to Less Than 3 Months Duration
- A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the program start date.
- After this 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.
d) Programs Shorter Than 4 Weeks
- No refunds are available once the program has started, under any circumstances.
2. Events, Conferences, and Summits
- All events, conference, summit, workshop, and in-person or virtual gathering registrations are strictly non-refundable.
- This applies regardless of attendance, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
- Substitutions may be allowed at MECA CFO Academy’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
3. Monthly Payment Plans
- For participants enrolled under monthly or installment-based payment plans:
- Refunds are only applicable within the stated refund guarantee period for the specific program.
- If cancellation is requested after the refund guarantee period, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
- Upon cancellation:
- Enrollment will be terminated with immediate effect
- All future scheduled payments will be cancelled
- Access to program materials, sessions, platforms, and communities will be revoked
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official MECA CFO Academy support email Support@cfoacademy.org
- Requests must include:
- Participant full name
- Program name
- Enrollment email address
- Enrollment email address
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original method of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Registration fees (if applicable)
- Administrative fees
- Event and summit tickets
- Completed or partially completed program periods beyond the refund window
- Digital content already accessed or downloaded, where applicable
6. Program Access & Participation
- MECA CFO Academy reserves the right to revoke program access if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- Code of conduct is violated
- Misrepresentation or misuse of content occurs
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Program Modifications & Force Majeure
- MECA CFO Academy reserves the right to modify program schedules, faculty, delivery format (online/in-person), or content where necessary.
- Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
- MECA CFO Academy is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
8. Final Authority
- All refund decisions are made in accordance with this policy.
- MECA CFO Academy’s decision regarding refunds and cancellations shall be final and binding.
