PROGRAM SCHEDULE
- Program is designed to be for long-term fulfilling the needs of student for continuing executive education for life-long learning.
- Two bi-weekly live coaching sessions of 90 to 120 minutes at 4:00 PM on alternative Fridays.
- In between the two sessions there might be an assignment needs to be complete.
- Overall study load is expected to be around 2-3 hours a week.
- All sessions are recorded and playbacks are usually available on the same day.
COURSE STRUCTURE
- Every month a new topic is chosen from the broader themes of Leadership, Strategy and Digital.
- First session of the month is focused on understanding a theory, framework, model or idea.
- The second session of the month is more practical based on experiential learning and may involve a simulation, case study, workshop, role-play etc.
- In between the two sessions, there might be an home assignment to be completed by students.
- Before the first session, there may be pre-session video tutorials to be watched.

In a 90-minute Live Zoom session, participants are sent to breakout rooms in smaller groups of 4-5 to carry out certain activities that require them to communicate with each other under different scenarios ranging from boardroom to dealing with a difficult worker. This format provides participants the opportunities not only to sharpen their communication and other interactive skills but build a high-quality peer network through repeated interaction with same peers while performing the breakout activities assigned.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
No long-term commitment is required. You can drop or re-join the program any time. Payments are refundable for the future periods where no classes are held yet.
How do the peer group sessions work?
The peer learning and networking is an essential part of the program. During the sessions, participants get involved in group activities requiring interactive conversation, discussion, presentation, etc.
How much time investment is required for this program?
The program requires 2-3 hours of study work per week on average including live coaching sessions.
Any course material provided?
Most of the learning in the program is based on live sessions and recorded modules. However, there is some supplementary course material that you will have to acquire. This comprises a few case studies and simulations directly from Harvard Publishing.
Does the program offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) or Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits?
Yes. The CEED Program offers 4 CPE credits for each month of study endorsed by NASBA (National Association of the State Boards of Accountancy in the United States). MECA CFO Academy is registered with NASBA as National Registry CPE Sponsor.
Are there any exams or assessments required to complete the program?
There might be some quizzes but no formal tests or examinations are required. The Certificate of Completion is provided based on attendance in live sessions
Are the live sessions recorded?
All live sessions are fully recorded and the replays are usually made available to students on the same day.
What is the schedule for live sessions?
The weekly live sessions are usually conducted on Fridays at 4:00 PM Dubai time or any other day and time that is suitable for most attendees
