HOW DOES IT WORK

  1. The purpose of the coaching is to assist the Coachee in achieving their career goals. The Coach will provide guidance and support to the Coachee in identifying and achieving their career objectives.
  2. Before the formal coaching starts, a preliminary session with the coachee is conducted to understand their career goals and ensure that we can help. 
  3. The coaching agenda for the entire coaching duration is discussed and mutually agreed upon during the first coaching session.
  4. There will be approximately a 30-day interval in-between each coaching session.
  5. As an outcome of each coaching session, there will be several assignments for the coachee to complete. If these assignments are not completed in a timely manner, it may seriously impact the effectiveness and quality of the coaching results.
  6. All information shared during the coaching sessions is kept confidential. However, at the request of coachee, the session can be recorded and provided for their personal use.

COACHING PACKAGE

 

$ 1,500

plus applicable taxes

  • 6 Coaching sessions to be completed over 6 months
  • Each session is for approximately 45 minutes but can be extended as long as needed
  • All coaching sessions to be conducted through Zoom video conferencing at a mutually agreed date and time.
  • All information shared during the coaching sessions shall be kept confidential unless disclosure required by law
  • Coaching fee is non-refundable and is required to be paid before the sessions start
