All course materials, slides, videos, simulations, frameworks, graphics, and written content are owned by MECA CFO Academy LLC or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and educational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any MECA materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. User Content and Conduct

Participants may post comments, discussions, or assignments (“User Content”) in MECA platforms.
By submitting User Content, you grant MECA a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for educational, operational, and promotional purposes.
You agree that your submissions will not:

  • Violate any third-party rights or laws;
  • Contain defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory material;
  • Include confidential corporate data without authorization.
    MECA reserves the right to remove any inappropriate or unlawful material.

8. Confidentiality of Learning Materials

All course materials, frameworks, and discussion content shared in MECA programs are confidential and intended solely for enrolled participants.
You agree not to share or reproduce such materials without prior written approval from MECA.
This confidentiality obligation survives termination of your participation.

MECA does not endorse or control such third-party content and assumes no responsibility for their policies or actions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MECA CFO Academy LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, or employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of our Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

Upon termination, you must cease using MECA materials and destroy any copies in your possession.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any specific enrollment agreements, constitute the entire understanding between you and MECA CFO Academy LLC.
They supersede all prior written or verbal communications regarding your participation in MECA programs.
